In 2026, the 67th National Marathon Championship – Tien Phong Newspaper will be held in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa on March 29, 2026, with four race distances: 5km, 10km, 21.1km, and 42.195km for professional and amateur athletes from Vietnam and abroad. Athletes will compete in two separate categories with separate prize systems for professional and amateur athletes. The amateur marathon and half-marathon prizes will be awarded according to age groups: 16-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 years and older. Notably, the Organizing Committee will award overall prizes for the marathon and half-marathon to the best athletes, regardless of whether they are professional or amateur.
At the 67th National Marathon Championship – Tien Phong Newspaper in 2026, athletes will experience a unique race route, exploring the most beautiful stretches of Nha Trang beach – known as the “Land of Agarwood and Swallows’ Nests”.
