Anh Phạm Thành Long (SN 1976) đăng ký tham dự cự ly dài nhất – 42km hệ phong trào. Chị Bạch Lệ Thoa (SN 1976)- vợ anh Long, cũng có tên trong danh sách chạy cự ly 10km hệ phong trào. Hai cháu Phạm Thiên Long (nữ, 6 tuổi) và Phạm Bạch Long (nam, 7 tuổi) trong 5 người con của anh chị sẽ cũng góp mặt trên đường chạy 10km hệ phong trào.
Phạm Thanh Long là một doanh nhân “nghiện” chạy và đi bộ với những thành tích đáng nể. Năm 2014, anh đi bộ xuyên Việt thành công trong 33 ngày đêm. Năm 2018, anh tiếp tục đi bộ trên chặng đường 120km Hà Nội – Hải Phòng.

Anh Long từng tham gia giải Hanoi Marathon 2018 với cự ly 42km, giải Tràng An Marathon 2018 với cự ly 42km, giải VietnamMoutain Marathon hoàn thành 55km trong chặng 100km vượt núi, giải VietnamMoutain Marathon cự ly 15km, giải Hanoi Ultra Trail với cự ly 55km.
Chị Bạch Lệ Thoa cũng từng giành huy chương tại cự ly 10km Giải VietnamMoutain Marathon và 15 km tại Giải Hanoi Ultra Trail. Cháu Phạm Thiên Long và Phạm Bạch Long hoàn thành xuất sắc cự ly 5 km tại Giải Hanoi Ultra Trail và giành giải Ba chung cuộc lứa tuối dưới 16.
Phạm Thành Long là luật sư, người sáng lập “Luật Gia Phạm”. Những năm gần đây, anh chuyển sang lĩnh vực đào tạo kỹ năng sống và kinh doanh, phát triển tối đa giá trị bản thân. Dù công việc bận rộn, anh Long vẫn sắp xếp thời gian để thoả mãn đam mê trên đường chạy.
Anh cho biết, việc tham dự các giải marathon là một trong những cách anh đặt mục tiêu, qua đó tạo ra sự kỷ luật và thói quen sống khỏe cho bản thân. Việc tạo lập thói quen và việc chinh phục thành tích cá nhân trong thể thao còn mang lại cho anh “hóc môn chiến thắng” để liên tục tiến lên, tin tưởng bản thân và chinh phục những mục tiêu lớn hơn trong cuộc sống.
“Áp lực công việc kinh doanh, của thị trường đang rất lớn nên hoạt động thể thao hàng ngày là điều vô cùng cần thiết cho doanh nhân hay bất cứ ai giải tỏa áp lực đó” – anh Long nói.

Tại Tiền Phong Marathon 2019, anh Long mong muốn phá kỉ lúc cá nhân trong những giải marathon lần trước với thời gian chinh phục 4 giờ 30 phút. Thông qua việc đưa cả vợ và 2 con cùng tham dự giải, anh muốn truyền cảm hứng cho gia đình, bè bạn và cả các học viên và doanh nhân anh giảng dạy tinh thần thể thao, lối sống năng động.
“Đây là giải đấu có sự chuyên nghiệp và khắt khe, là động lực để tôi luyện tập và thi đấu để học hỏi, cọ sát cùng các vận động viện chuyên nghiệp”, anh Long nói.
Tiền Phong Marathon 2019 được tổ chức tại Vũng Tàu ngày 24/3/2019 với gần 2.000 VĐV chuyên nghiệp và phong trào tham dự, trong đó có gần 350 VĐV tranh tài ở cự ly 42,195km. Tổng giá trị giải thưởng lên tới gần 500 triệu đồng.
